From the founder
Mian Wali Ullah
Founder and Chief Executive
Mian Wali Ullah qualified as an electrical engineer and first ran a transformer manufacturing business. When transformer failures on local WAPDA lines became frequent, WAPDA asked his workshop to build and install replacements. The work was done to specification and billed to the rupee, further contracts followed, and MEC grew from that reputation.
